Prints
Images in this website, 16 X 16 inches and larger, as indicated by clicking “Select” on an image page, are available for purchase as limited edition digital prints, restricted to a total of fifty. Each print is printed on premium archival paper, suitable for the particular subject, with the finest quality inks, numbered and is personally signed by Olaf Sööt. Limiting the number of prints for each image protects the value of investment.
Other images, up to and including 11 X 16 inch size, and some larger ones, as indicated, are available as open edition prints in unrestricted numbers.
There are many options for mounting and framing. Therefore, we feel that it is best for the buyer, who selected the print, also to select the most suitable combination of framing and matting for the displaying environment and have the work done by a qualified framer. Mounting and framing instructions are enclosed with each print. Even while the media and the inks are tested, as advertised by the manufacturers for long life without fading, the prints should be displayed in a favorable environment, protected from extreme light, heat and moisture. Low reflective UV filtered glass should be used for framing.
A nominal variation of the image area crop may be necessary to suit the image composition and its size. The long dimensions for image sizes may vary, as listed in the table, depending on the image proportions shown on the image pages. Due to printing requirements, the actual image area for certain sizes may be ¼-inch smaller at the edges than the nominal dimensions listed. The colors of the actual print may vary slightly from the colors seen on the computer monitor. Please contact us if precise edge to edge dimensions or exact sizes are required or for sizes other than tabulated. Larger sizes are also available for most images.

Processing and Delivery
We endeavor to process and ship all print orders within 10 working days. In case of delay, we will contact you via e-mail. Shipping within the US is via Priority Mail or equivalent and is free for the limited edition prints. For open edition prints $20 will be added to print orders less than $200.
For all international orders a surcharge will be applied to cover the cost of shipping, insurance and handling. International customers should contact us when placing the order. Local customs fees at the destinations, if applicable, must be paid by the customers.
Any item damaged or lost in shipping will be replaced free of charge. Damaged items must be returned within 10 working days from the date of receipt for free replacement.
For prints ordered, based on this website display, we recognize that the buyer has not seen the actual print. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the print, please return it in as new undamaged condition within 5 working days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you a full refund or a replacement.
Commercial and Editorial Licensing
Licensing of specific images is available for commercial and editorial use. Most images in this website and a large collection of additional images are also available as high resolution digital files. The licensing fees are based on the type of limits of the rights granted. Selected images produced as limited edition prints can be licensed for other purposes, such as advertising, etc. Please contact us for more information.
Payments
All payments for the prints on this website are processed via PayPal. The customer can use any credit or debit card to pay via PayPal, no account is necessary. Connecticut orders are subject to the current sales tax.
