Maligne Lake in Jasper National Park, Alberta, is the largest and among the most photographed lakes in the Canadian Rockies. This is a land where high meets low, where snow-draped peaks are only a day’s hike from verdant valleys. The aquamarine blues of the water is the result of glacial silt.
